They offered to store my condenser until I was ready for install, and in doing so noticed that my distributor was trying to give me a used condenser. Quinton called me immediately and helped me navigate the situation. Once we had a new condenser, he coordinated the crane crew with his team and ensured we had a smooth install. He was flexible and responsive with inspections and everyone on his team was punctual and professional. I could not have asked for a better team to help me get up and running. The temperature in our home has been really comfortable, even in the recent 90 degree weather. Our home feels more like it is climate controlled verses having A/C blasting and the house being uncomfortably cool. I believe we have a system that will keep us comfortable for many years.
